We are currently seeking temporary Entry-Level Technicians to join our team with the opportunity to grow!

OVERVIEW

This person is primarily responsible for installing and integrating desktops, Chrome Books, laptops and printers. In addition, this person must know basics about corporate computing: networking, active directory, desktop configuration and support. This person must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive daily to assignments throughout NYC and Long Island.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Interact with end-users in-person, over phone and via email
* Image computers and test basic functionality
* Provide installation of desktop and laptop computers and related hardware
* Integrate computers into the network environment
* Launch/test software applications
* Work directly with Clients during deployments to meet or exceed client satisfaction
* Provide documented summations of work assignments including client sign off, punch lists and resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A+ certification (preferred)
* Understanding of wireless devices and how to integrate them onto a network
* 1-2 years of experience in hardware and software installation/integration a plus
* Excellent customer service skills
* Skilled with organization, decision making and time management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
* Knowledgeable on software installations

This position requires travel throughout the five boroughs and Long Island.
