Telephony and AV Technology Specialist Sewell Automotive Companies

Responsibilities:

* -Handle daily support request from internal associates
* -Install and maintain audio-visual systems, including displays, digital signage, and audio distribution
* -Educate internal associates on the features and capabilities of the telephony and audio-visual systems
* -Monitor and report on telephony system utilization for multiple internal departments and on a monthly and quarterly basis
* -Evaluate and coordinate telephony and audio-visual system repairs, replacements, and updates
* -Provide associates phone and audio-visual system assistance as needed
* -Maintain database of currently installed telephony and audio-visual systems
* -Follow-up with unresolved issues
* -Maintain a positive customer experience with the IT Department

Requirements:

* -Bachelors Degree in related field of equivalent experience
* -Experience in telephony and audio-visual technology
* -Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes
* -Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
* -Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
* -Ability to work independently
* -Strong troubleshooting ability
* -Job related experience in the following areas:

Cisco VIOP- Call Manager, Unity, and Contact Center

Carrier TelecommunicationsPRI, SIP VoIP

NEC NaViSet

XML or SQL programming Experience
