The Telecom Provisioner/Tester will design, provision, groom and disconnect DS0, DS1, and DS3 circuits in telecom wireline networks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Audit DS0, DS1, and DS3 circuits to determine current design and future path availability
* Create and submit appropriate ASRs to initiate LEC actions
* Utilize telecom provisioning systems (e.g. PC, TCOMS, F&E, etc.) to track all activities during the provisioning, testing, and disconnect process
