Infosys is seeking a Java UI Developer

In the role of Technology Analyst, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Location for this position is Ashburn, VA. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

* At least 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Tomcat / JBOSS / WebSphere app server , Struts, Spring, SOAP/Restful web services.
* At least 4 years of experience in back end technologies involving Oracle 10G / 11G, SQL/PL SQL, Hibernate
* At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript frameworks and library - Node.js, React.js, Angular JS, jQuery, Bootstrap, DoJo
* At least 2 years of experience in Responsive Web Design & Single Page Application development.
* At least 4 years of experience in HTML5
* At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
* At least 2 years of experience in automated testing platforms - Jasmine, Karma
* At least 3 years of experience in Devops, Agile frameworks, Tools like Git, Gradle, Groovy, JIRA or Rally
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience in Communication domain
* Analytical skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
* Experience with any native language coding for mobile applications like Xcode would be good add-on

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
