About

Job Description

The Education Professional is a member of the Global Education Services group; designs and develops technical and application product training on NICE products in various formats; works closely with other functions in the company, such as R&D engineers and managers, Support and Installation engineers, Service Enablement managers, Business Consultants and Product Managers, to ensure accurate and on-time training materials development; occasionally delivers courses to customers, partners and employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Independently lead learning solutions through training life cycle - needs analysis, mapping, design, development, delivery, and evaluation
* Develop training solutions for customers, partners and employees; develop training materials and associated documentation for instructor-led training courses and eLearning offerings
* Work closely with the product house to gain expertise of new products and versions
* Install, upgrade and maintain training systems in lab
* Transfer knowledge to trainers worldwide on products, training materials, new offerings and delivery methods, and constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge
* Work in a fast-paced environment while completing training development projects according to projects timelines
* Foster teamwork within a global group, to achieve project and group goals
* Occasionally deliver courses on NICE products to customers, partners and employees, in both classroom and online (virtual) environments

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science or related technical degree - preferred
* Holds a certification by the following: Microsoft/Oracle/VMware/LPI - an advantage

Requirements:

* Experience in training development / Instructional Design in a software company
* Excellent command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
* Experience in two or more of the following:
* Microsoft Windows Server OS
* Unix/Linux
* Databases - Microsoft SQL / Oracle structure and basic commands
* Telecoms ACD/PBX
* Strong analytical skills, creative thinking ability and problem-solving skills
* Excellent self-learning skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated to strive for professional excellence in all aspects of work
* Takes a "Can-Do" approach and attitude, and delivers
* Has a passion for training and learning
* Excellent written and oral communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
* Technical knowledge of NICE IEX WFM solution - an advantage
* Experience in contact center Workforce Management - an advantage
* Experience in contact centers environment - an advantage
* Command of eLearning development software - an advantage
* Experience as Support / Field Engineer - an advantage
