Job Description

Job qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of experience able to substitute
* Minimum of 4 years prior training and/or curriculum-building experience for document production, presentations or related field
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office certification a plus), especially document production and/or presentations; Expert in various Adobe PDF and/or Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)
* Adept in using department-specific equipment/technology/software; ability to assimilate new technical skills
* Advanced software and hardware troubleshooting, as necessary to perform job functions; ability/desire to learn new software packages and/or training processes
* Strong interpersonal skills for working in a fast paced, team environment
* Good judgment and organizational skills with sound decision-making ability and solutions-oriented approach to multitask and prioritize workload under pressured objectives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively deliver training sessions to audiences (both live and virtual) of various degrees of knowledge and sophistication
* Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
