In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Location for this position is Chicago, IL. This position may require 15% travel.

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
* At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred

* Minimum of at least 4 years of Data warehouse Testing and 2 year of BigData Testing experience
* Experience in any BigData technologies like Map Reduce, Hive, Hadoop and SQOOP
* Experience in ETL tools like Informatica
* Proficient in SQL and database like Teradata, DB2
* Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills

Nice to have

* Healthcare domain experience
* Analytical abilities, Communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders environment, People coordination
* Should have Strong leadership skills
* Should have experience in Agile
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
