We are seeking a smart, hungry, and high-energy Tech Support professional to join our dynamic and growing company. This individual will be required to work onsite at our Bannockburn, IL. office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to our clients after they go live on our platform, involving basic questions about the website or how to interpret what the website is displaying
* Technical support of reading through logs and scanning through inbound data files to identify the cause of a particular issue
* Once the cause of the issue is identified, either fixing the problem or raising the awareness on the issue to the development team for resolution
* Analysis of data from production systems to determine issues and come up with solutions
* Provide feedback to development team to improve efficiencies, processes and the overall product
* Monitor and evaluate production systems for potential issues
* Write scripts and develop tools to make the operations processes more efficient and easier to manage

Our ideal candidate has:

* BS degree (required)
* Previous experience in SaaS technical support
* Great deductive skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with our clients
* Proficiency in MySQL and general Unix commands
* Strong SQL and Bash skills a plus
