Technical Project Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Build and manage project teams in the delivery of software solutions. Maintain responsibility for a project's plans, financials, and contractual commitments. Work with your teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks. Provide human leadership, direction, and purpose and ensure that they have what they need to deliver.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience with Health and Human Service (HHS) projects
* Experience with developing strategies and plans for enterprise solutions
* Experience with shaping work and capture strategies
* Experience with supporting efforts to integrate disparate systems
* Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
* Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, or systems engineering, including the HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC)
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences effectively
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BA or BS degree
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience in HHS projects with the National Institutes of Health (NIC) or Food and Drug Administration (FDA) preferred
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
