This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Project Manager 3, you will be responsible for:

* You will organize and lead a cross-functional team to plan and execute all activities related to a project from schedule and budget to the design transfer and commercialization
* You will work closely with product management and development team leads of software engineering, hardware engineering, system engineering, ultrasound engineering, acoustic engineering, human factor engineering, clinical, and system test to define, develop, integrate, verify and validate new product solution.
* You will work closely with manufacture NPI team to organize, manage, and complete all design transfer activities
* You will work closely with marketing, regulatory, service, and manufacture team to define, develop, and execute a commercialization plan for new product launch
* You will monitor project progress and team performance and provide regular report to management team and stake holders
* You will manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train, facilitate and organize PI Planning event and related activities

* You have demonstrated leadership skills in product development environment
* You have experience in software or hardware development in the medical field
* You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
* You have extensive project management experience in working with agile teams
* You have excellent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* You have capability to build structures (WBS, reporting, resource planning, budget planning)
* You have good experience in Microsoft TFS
* You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* Typical 5-7 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
* Meticulous attention to details
* Willing to travel up to 10%
