Job Description:

Perform project management responsibilities for Central Funding Desk (CFD) technology projects. Work with technology and business functions (Trading, Finance, and Trade control, Market Risk) to identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities and define new functionality requests from business users. Assist in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicate the impact on the organization. Generate enterprise required reports and provide update status on all aspects of the program

MUST HAVES:

Ideal candidate is highly organized and understands both technology and Interest Rate Derivative risk/trading systems and is comfortable working with Traders, Quants, Finance teams

Required Skills:

* 7+ plus years of program management experience for trading and/or risk management applications.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
* Core financial markets experience, especially in derivatives.
* Excellent communication and team-working skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to organize self and others.
* Knowledge of MS Office Apps (i.e. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Project).
* Experience with financials, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, etc.
* Demonstrates an understanding of customer's strategic and tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
* Plans, organize, monitor and control technology requirements and delivery for projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
* Effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
* Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
* Establish project tasks and timelines and effectively manage them.
* Define and evaluate problems and plans effective solutions
* Coordinate resources within and across projects.
* Partner across Service Provider leaders to ensure delivery of technology solutions.
* Develop and socialize potential operational risk mitigation strategies for the technology elements.

Enterprise Job Description

Performs project mgmt responsibilities relating to IT implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. May also provides analytical support for IT projects. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions. Recommends improvements in project deliverables. Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization. Establishes project tasks, timelines and budgets and effectively manages them.
