Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Global Services and Support (GSS) Program Management Office. In this position you will scope and deliver GSS priority projects end-to-end, collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write specifications, and drive project schedules from design to release. A focus are for this role will be steering and delivering the pipeline of GSS's support automation tooling and capabilities. You will dive deep into data to understand and assess automation opportunities and methods, and partner across organizations to define and implement scalable solutions to the most impactful operations and support challenges. As a TPM, you will identify bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and manage tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. You will be expected to clearly communicate to AR leadership across functions and engineering, operations, and support partners.

Responsibilities:

* Scope and lead GSS's cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives.
* Develop and manage scoping through delivery of automation opportunities across GSS functions in partnership with tools development and support teams.
* Plan and execute tool and process change implementation across multiple organizations.
* Analyze data across multiple sources to assess opportunities and identify approaches to business problems.
* Interact with Engineering, Operations, Support partners and other key stakeholders to define and deliver complex programs.
* Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
* Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
