Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Create and execute an onboarding program for large enterprise customers to opt-in to support for high domain counts. This includes tracking systems for managing and triaging incoming requests from customers or customer account teams. Depending on when the resource is onboarded into this role, some of this may already exist, in which case, the resource will take on the execution role.
* Establish a regular rhythm of communication with workload engineering teams to ensure that teams understand when customers are being onboarded and can watch for any related issues that occur with service operations.
* Work directly with customers and customer account teams to explain onboarding process, potential risks, things to watch for, and define onboarding schedule.
* Work with service operations teams to execute necessary technical onboarding process for identified customers based on defined schedule.
* Track overall project status including tracking metrics for onboarded customer count, issues raised to engineering teams, and any other relevant/available statistics. Report project status on project v-team on a monthly basis.
* Engage in similar onboarding activities for other features as necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Min 2 years of consulting or relevant work experience
* Current experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 and related product features and experiences
* Deployment experience with Office 365 tenants, particularly related to verified/accepted domain onboarding
* Basic understanding of Exchange Online mail routing concepts
* Familiarity with DNS
* Basic understanding of federated authentication concepts
* Strong program management skills and ability to manage and coordinate scope/expansion work tasks across a set differing team
* Strong reporting and analytics skills
* Can scope out a simple or semi-complex project based on business requirements and achievable benefits
* Can lead a semi-complex project to completion on-time and on-budget
* Can deconstruct semi-complex technical constructs and reduce them to a set of standardized, measurable and repeatable processes
* Can consume technical documentation and collateral in the development of the aforementioned tasks
* Able to effectively facilitate meetings with project sponsors, engineering teams, customers, and/or customer account teams.
