MobiTV is a video delivery solutions expert committed to making the live and on-demand entertainment experience better across all devices and platforms. Our content delivery platform unlocks content from the traditional Set Top Box (STB) experience allowing pay TV providers to seamlessly deliver content to their subscribers on all screens.

The position is responsible for ensuring that Technical Operations Team (NOC, Production, Network and Launch Operations) delivery of professional excellence service to our internal customer in addition to Managed Service and In-Network customers. In addition, the position provides technical guidance for complex customer solutions and technical leadership. The role would include customer facing in the pre and post sales environments and requires an understanding of customer needs. This is a key member of the management staff that helps shape the company's products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Maintain our service oriented culture for all operational, support and project responsibilities driven by data and KPI measurements.
* Demonstrate an in-depth experience with operation roles and responsibilities.
* Ensure defined SLAs are met and a culture of continuous improvement is maintained.
* Translate customer needs assessments for complex implementations.
* Define and manage professional services implementation projects.
* Maintain quality control through establishing and maintaining technical operations standards.
* Manage relationship with vendor support services team.
* Provide knowledge and training on products to internal teams.

Qualifications

* Five to ten years' experience of managing 24/7/365 technical teams.
* Experience working in a SaaS business model.
* Networking, monitoring and security experience is a plus.
* Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Flexible, accurate and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Provide leadership and guidance to plan, hire, coach, motivate, and lead the team to their optimum performance levels and career development.
* Document process and architecture narratives; documents, corrects and communicates any variances from defined standard; identifies and recommends material improvement opportunities to management.
* College degree is highly desired, sufficient experience required.
* Technical certifications not a must but preferably with Networking (Cisco, Arista, Juniper and Brocade) and Linux technologies.
* Broadcast/OTT experience is highly desirable.
