Technical Lead - Senior .NET Developer (#07012019)

Alpharetta, GA

Serve as technical lead on development of software for integrated online ordering and payments solutions for the quick service restaurant (QSR) and fast casual dining (FCD) industries, providing a world-class user experience. Provide programming, design, testing, and analysis. Research new and emerging technologies to realize development or product cost efficiencies. Develop technical solutions for online web-based, tablet, mobile and other digital mediums to best solve complex business requirements. Design, develop and implement mission critical applications using C# programming, .NET Framework and SQL technologies. Provide guidance to other team members, including other developers, Quality Assurance engineers, and Business Analysts, on an Agile team. Work on establishing a robust, scalable, and flexible technical/technological architecture and make recommendations for improvements. Adhere to strong, general software engineering principles and write high quality, reusable, and scalable code. Use experience in the complete product life cycle, including experience in software revision control and test methodologies, to help us achieve business objectives. Responsible for iteratively and incrementally improving both software solutions and processes. Investigate issues and correct defects. Learn the technical workings of a complex software platform, and apply that knowledge to design and implement improvements. Integrate the Company's platform with other software services and platforms, including POS systems, payment systems, loyalty providers, and mobile software service providers. Perform in lead role as senior developer of software project team. Coach and mentor junior developers. Communicate effectively verbally and through written documentation to present findings and recommendations to the team, including local and off shored team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree and 24 months of relevant experience in a C# and .NET development role developing scalable, reliable and robust mobile and/or web-based products required.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree and 60 months of relevant experience in a C# and .NET development role developing scalable, reliable and robust mobile and/or web-based products required.
