Duties: Use customer service, communication and problem-solving skills to solve inquiries on JDA's products, JDA Platform, JDA Sequencing, JDA Reporting, and JDA Flowcasting. Successfully understand and triage customer issues, discussing customer's business requirements, conducting any necessary research (database queries, traces, etc) and team collaboration. Utilize business application skills and product expertise to resolve customer product issues. Responsible for the resolution of inquiries from JDA customers and conducting product research or team collaboration. Communicate product and solution expertise to the internal and external customer. Log and respond to support requests and provide updates and case statuses management. Act as product liaison between support and development teams.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or 1 year of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Data manipulation languages and database design; 2) Oracle PL/SQL; 3) JAVA; 4) SSL set up with Oracle Weblogic Servers; 5) JDA Sequencing in hosted Cloud environments; 6) JDA Reporting.
