Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Team Lead, Oracle Manufacturing Applications position at our Duncanville, Texas location!

JOB SUMMARY:

Accomplish business objectives by leading the Oracle Business Analysts and the applications development group. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, managing projects and assisting in resolving critical issues that may arise. Serve as a liaison to the key business process owners and act as a functional expert, suggesting solutions that improve productivity.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Leads business process leaders and IS team members in documenting business processes and requirements.
* Facilitate and participate in the design activities related to process flow, report layouts, configuration of the applications, document the specification of development for extensions, and perform testing on the following Oracle applications:
* ASCP: Advanced Supply Chain Planning
* MS: Manufacturing Scheduling
* BOM: Bills of Material
* FM: Flow Manufacturing
* BTT: Custom Build to truck
* WIP: Work in process
* WMS: Warehouse Management
* INV: Inventory
* SE: Shipping execution
* PO: Purchasing


* Validate potential gaps between requirements and existing business model.
* Manage both US team and offshore team's priorities and workload.
* Ensure communication between all impacted groups for priorities and projects.
* Continually strive to minimize risk in current environment and future enhancements.
* Perform testing on the Oracle and 3rd party applications that support the defined solutions.
* Produce the necessary documentation for information systems operations and functional users.
* Coordinate cross training to ensure backup SME for critical processes.
* Assists with analysis during critical system issues.
* Serve as a coach and mentor to team members.
* On board new team members.
* Maintains critical KPIs.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* 8 years Business/Systems Analyst/Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with Project Management and/or Systems Delivery Methodologies in a Manufacturing environment.
* Experience to include R12 application configuration activities related to a successful R12 implementation.
* Experience utilizing structured development and problem solving techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional teams and generate results in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Oracle EBS applications experience
* Experience developing ad-hoc queries and/or programming using the SQL query language
* Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
* Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop skills and careers of team members
* Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

* Strong knowledge of EBS applications with a concentration in R12 Order Management processes such as order taking, holds, scheduling, fulfillment, ATP, logistics.
* Ability to setup and configure related order management modules such as iStore, Configurator, scheduling, ATP, Shipping Management, iSupplier etc.
* Industry Experience as a manufacturing, planning, or warehouse manager, as well as consulting experience.
* Involved in Oracle upgrades
* Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations
* Experience working with a geographically distributed team.
* Experienced with systems roll-outs, business process re-engineering providing on-going support to systems and utilizing best business practice.
* Oracle certification in EBS preferred.
* Experience developing ad-hoc queries using the SQL query language
* Experience programming with P/L SQL
