Manage, track and complete the Risk, Governance and Compliance deliverables associated with applications used by the Bank.

Position Summary

This is an individual contributor role which is accountable for all risk, governance, compliance and other related deliverables associated to a set of applications. Role is also accountable for ensuring the applications comply with all relevant Bank policies and standards. Applications in scope for this role are part of the Data & Analytics Strategy, Platform and Decision Tools organization. The candidate will work with the Business Controls team and Development teams to complete some deliverables and will work independently for others. Deliverables are received and tracked in multiple systems and must be maintained with accurate progress and completed within defined due dates. Some activities such as remediation may require the candidate to act as project manager depending on scope/magnitude of effort. For applications that are vendor managed, the candidate will work closely with support and vendor management partners to provide technical direction as necessary to ensure the vendor's application meets the Bank's objectives and SLA's, as well as ensuring that all applicable information about the application is correct.

NOTE: While this role will interface with development teams to complete risk, governance and compliance deliverables, there is no code development performed by role nor does the role provide any direction to development teams related to coding of the applications.

Required Skills

* Prior experience managing application risk
* Successful work history partnering with stakeholders and partners
* 6+ years of management or support experience in a multi-application environment
* 4+ years of experience leading an application management or support team
* Proficient in MS Office

Desired Skills

* 3+ years of project management experience
* Familiarity with Agile methodology
* Prior experience working with SDLC lifecycle
* Familiarity with data architectures such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop, etc.
* Familiarity with application infrastructure (servers, DNS, Operating Systems, etc.)
* 3-5 years of programming experience
