Who You'll Be Collaborating With

What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a Tagging Specialist to join the Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate is an articulate, technically-minded individual with good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. He/She should have strong hands-on technical skills with at least 2 years of experience in the website tag management or related field. Automotive industry experience is a plus.

What You'll Be Working On

* Work with internal and external Web Development teams to implement, monitor and maintain all media tags on website properties
* Create tagging strategy and spec documentation based on requirements gathered from Analytics and Media Planning teams
* Project manage implementation process for media tags and apps, based on tagging requirements:
* Work with other developers and engineers on the team to sync with their sprints/updates
* QA media tags in staging environment and on live sites
* Communicate any issues found to the affected teams
* Work with Account, Client and Legal teams to establish data collection and distribution policies
* Monitor data quality, troubleshoot and flag any issues to the affected teams

How You'll Excel in Your Role

* Experience working with Tag Manager Tools
* Familiarity with DoubleClick Ad Server (s) (DCM/DFP) and Floodlights
* Proficient in Excel, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, PHP
* Knowledge of US and EU data privacy rules and regulation
* Knowledge of Google and Adobe data collection policies
* Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to translate technical tasks to a non-technical audience
* Detail oriented, organized, transparent and reliable
* Highly values teamwork and collaboration
* Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently
* Resourceful: able to tap into all tools and resources available
