Job Description

Blackstone Technology Group is looking for a Tableau Developer to join its Federal Services team. The Tableau Developer will support an HR systems integration project.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* 3+ years hands-on experience with Tableau as a Developer
* Understanding of how to implement promotion methodology and version control in Tableau.

Daily Duties

* Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections
* Add/Edit Projects and corresponding permissions (System vs. Content)
* Create/Modify/Manage refresh task schedules
* Set up documentation for policies, procedures and best development practices
* Coordination of admin activities with other administrators

* Excellent problem solving skills, both individually and as a team member
* Comfort with creating and maintaining meaningful and digestible products using the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication skills and relationship building skills across all levels, and demonstrated customer focus
* Reliability, team spirit, and determination

Position Requirements

* Must be able to obtain and maintain US Government public trust clearance
* 4 year degree in IT related course of study, preferred
