Responsibilities of the Systems Support Engineer:

* Coordination and building new environments, expanding and changing pipelines, organizing issue triage
* Managing complex and impacting infrastructure projects/activities (ie monthly OS patching, TLS protocol changes, etc)
* Setting up tools and performing manual/automated monitoring, shakeout, and validation steps required to ensure environments are stable and available for users
* Troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues/defects or assigning them to outside groups for resolution
* Deploying software and triaging deployment issues on lower level (non-production) environments
