L3 Technologies ISR Systems Mission Integration is seeking perm hire Systems Software Engineers to join our Mission Support team in developing, maintaining, integrating and managing airborne ISR systems and networks, especially in Electronic Warfare and ELINT.

Job details

* Interfaces with customer, project engineering, and program management to determine ground support systems requirements.
* Develops system level requirements and translates those into requirements for product development and aeronautical engineering.
* Provides technical oversight and review support to development groups during product design and development.
* Develops test plans and procedures, and executes them during test and integration phases of project.
* Interfaces with customer during all lifecycle phases to insure customer requirements are being met.
* Works with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work.
* Provides regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and customer informed.
* Lead Electronic Warfare and ELINT Receiver Technology Development Projects
