Job Description

We are currently seeking a Systems / Robotics Engineer I to join our New England Innovation Center (ICNE) team located in the Greater Boston Area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Managing requirements traceability and evolution through the system development cycle.
* Providing weekly status of system development progress with requirements burn down.
* Allocating requirements to subsystem & engineering coordination.
* Evaluating system performance thresholds and providing direction.
* Developing instrumented flight test vectors and data acquisition.
* Providing input for model development and simulation analysis.
* Developing systems test plans, procedures, and reports.
* Reviewing and interpreting customer specification.

Required Qualifications & Background

* US Citizenship or US permanent resident.
* BS degree in Engineering (i.e., Systems, Electrical, Computer, etc.), MS preferred in Computer Science, Aero-Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng. Mechanical Eng.
* 0-2 years of experience in a systems engineering role
* Familiarity with electronics and systems related to image collection and analysis.
* Demonstrable clear oral communication and well-organized documentation skills.

* Aerospace systems engineering experience preferred.
* Experience writing Systems Safety protocols and ensuring personnel safety during field testing
* Experience in taking a product from concept to production with contract manufacturers a plus.
