* Participate in a government COMSATCOM/MILSATCOM architecture team


* Drive the development, integration and management of the MILSATCOM technical requirements baseline with an emphasis on interface definition.


* Coordinate with government and commercial stakeholders and organizations to evolve requirements and to establish MOU/MOAs for interfaces with existing external systems


* Identify and perform analyses to support requirements definition and develop Requirements Allocation Documents (RAD)


* Participate in demonstration teams to validate requirements and interface compliance


* Be responsible for generating acquisition documents and providing direct support to acquisitions

Qualifications

Clearance required to start: DoD Secret

Clearance able to obtain: TS/SCI

Required Skills

* Bachelor and nine (9) years or more experience
* BS degree in engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline with an emphasis in communication systems


* Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills

Preferred Skills


* Proficient in Systems Engineering and Integration process standards, as well as the Configuration Management process


* Familiarity with associated tool sets and/or quick to learn flow down and interface tool sets
