L3 Technologies ISR Systems Mission Integration is seeking perm hire EW/ELINT Systems and Integration engineers to join our research and development team in developing, maintaining, integrating and managing airborne ISR systems and networks, including electronic warfare and ELINT.

Job Details:

* Systems and Integration Engineering position as part of a team that supports the design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software systems installed on ground and airborne ISR platforms. Interfaces with Systems Engineering, Flight Line Test, Product Development, and Project Engineering personnel to understand new baseline functionality.
* Works closely with Systems Engineering and Customer personnel to guide the development of new system capabilities, representing customer interests during all phases of requirements definition, development, and integration.
* Plans and executes integration testing in a Systems Integration Laboratory and on airborne and ground-based platforms.
* Verifies and validates new baseline functionality while ensuring legacy functionality still works as intended.
* Follows existing standards to document system testing status and anomalies with the system hardware and software.
* Verifies fixes to anomalies. Interfaces with customer personnel to ensure their satisfaction with system performance.
* Works with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work.
* Provides regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and customer informed.
