NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Systems Integration Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

First line support - Provide level-3 application support in Windows Forms, .Net, C#, Java, web-based legacy Hospital Information System.

Responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, data and systems to determine appropriate technology solutions.

Participation in after-hours on-call support rotation. On-call duties and working production issues nights, holidays, and weekends during on-call week.

Requirements:

* Update support documentation
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong written/verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure such as switches, routers, and firewalls, server setup and configuration
* Basic knowledge of application hosting, such as SSL, load balancing, session affinity, DMZ and load testing
* Flexibility to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor
* Knowledge of iSeries AS400 platform is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in Windows Forms applications
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, Java, Web-based
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft IIS administration
* 3+ years of experience in an unsupervised role requiring initiative, taking ownership of issues, being punctual and dependable/reliable
