Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

* Azure implementation and administration
* New environment design and implementation (physical and virtual)
* Office 365 migration
* Implement, manage and administer Windows Server
* Support of SQL, SharePoint, Exchange
* Server hardware/software advanced troubleshooting
* Configure and support management tools (Antivirus, Antispam, User Security, etc.)
* Design, implement and administer Active Directory and Group Policies
* Backup configuration and troubleshooting
* Design, develop, implement and administer enterprise level on premise & cloud-based solutions.
* Evaluate, recommend emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies.
* Design secure, robust and scalable cloud-based systems
* Analyze system requirements by interacting with IT and key business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the business to ensure solutions support current and long-term business needs.
* Collaborate with IT Operations team for implementation and support of designed systems.
* Analyze existing Cloud deployments and recommend changes based on industry best practices.
* Develop and deliver operational and design documentation for all projects.
* Perform other Systems Engineering/Administration job-related duties as requested

* Proven record of good judgment in solving problems and handling challenges. Ability and desire to work with technical and non-technical internal and external clients
* Strong technical, project management, collaboration, team and communication skills essential
* Demonstrated ability to understand the impact, risks, implications and cost of recommendations.

Experience & Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or a related field
* Microsoft and Cisco certifications desired.
* 7 years' experience supporting mid to large customer base
* Design and implementation of enterprise-level systems, working with cloud and virtual technologies (Azure, Hyper-V)
* Design and implementation of Azure + Microsoft 365 Enterprise systems (Strong knowledge required: WSUS, SCCM, ATP, AIP, OMS, Skype VoIP, Intune, Cloud App Security, Azure AD, Power BI etc.)
* Enterprise backup solutions
* Design and implementation of enterprise-level network environments, working with Cisco/Meraki technologies, SDWAN design and administration

Travel to remote sites may be required.
