Job Description

Description:This position is for a Systems Engineer to lead special projects for the E&T Cyber Security Engineering team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, research and development, and product transition plans of the work being performed.

Senior Project Lead for special projects including workforce development and embedded cyber IT tool evaluations

Experience with Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and a Final Secret clearance to be considered.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in STEM Discipline such as Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Experience with hardware and software design and development

Experience creating integrated master schedules/plans and technical roadmaps

Experience with basic EVMS principles, measuring program performance and metrics

Experience with creating and presenting technical information to senior-level executives and customers

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with cyber technologies and with managing technical teams

2. Experience with 5th Gen aircraft, specifically F-35

3. Subsystem development process experience with a focus on Mission Systems

4. Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create presentation material for leadership

6. Proficiency in all MS Office applications

7. Self Starter with the ability to multitask

8. MS in Systems Engineering highly recommended
