Job Description

Desired Clearance Requirements: Possess current TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance based on a current SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation) background check

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related technical discipline.

Desired Experience: Twelve (12) years' experience should be in the design, development, integration and analysis of networks to include Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS), Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System (SURTASS), Sound Surveillance Systems (SOSUS), defense messaging, and intelligence and communication systems. Experience should be heavy in telecommunications, network architecture, network analysis and design, fiber optics cabling design and fabrication, DoD Architecture Framework, Modeling and Simulation and analysis and design of signal processing algorithms, signal characteristics, and signal extraction techniques. Experience should be with planning and supporting exercise, experiment, insertion, test or assessment, to include facilitation of external stakeholder participants (e.g., national labs, red teams, Services, and commands). Experience with DoD joint and Navy cyber security inspection and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes. Have IA training, certification, certification maintenance, and continuing education necessary to meet Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements for a minimum of IAT certification level III as described in DoD 8570.01M.
