Job Description Installs new software releases and system upgrades. Evaluates and installs patc hes and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recover y. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integr ity. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard con cepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under limited supervision. Typically reports to a project lead er or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
