What You'll Do

* Serve as the functional expert on the Veeva Vault Promomats platform
* Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the Promomats application. Play an active role in the entire SDLC - requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and operations support
* Implement new changes and updates to the Veeva Vault Promomats application (application configuration, new functionality, reports and dashboards)
* Assist in the generation of documents and reports
* Assist in the creation of training materials
* Serve as the system administrator for VV Promomats and be responsible for post-production end-user support
* Create and manage custom objects, page layouts, fields and reports within Veeva
* Implement new products and packages within Veeva and communicate updates to users and vendor partners. Lead system testing of new updates and releases. Manage project/release timelines by coordinating with respective internal stakeholders as well as with vendors/implementation partners
* Become an expert and administrator

What You Have

* 2 - 4 years' experience with Veeva Vault Promomats application configurations/setup
* Hand on experience with configurations, customization and deployment
