Job Description

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

* Administration of Office 365 Exchange platform
* Management of Multi-tenant hosted Exchange platform in a team based environment
* Management of Multi-tenant hosted Citrix platform in a team based environment
* Ensure server and client builds are completed according to company checklists and procedures
* Onboarding of new clients to the platform, including but not limited to building and configuring AD as well as Azure AD domains, migrating data, and working with 3rd party vendors to migration applications.
* Provide off hours support on a rotating schedule every 2-3 months as escalation for helpdesk team
* Respond and action alerts from centralized management system to maintain health of platform
* Ability to scope, implement and support new technology projects/initiatives
* High interaction with the remote support team and respond to escalated issues a timely fashion
* Ownership and follow up of pending issues to resolution

* Must be able to work both independently and in project teams
* Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
* Highly logical thinker and skilled in identifying root cause of problems
* Work independently with limited supervision
* Must have availability to occasionally work nights and some weekends

Qualifications

* A Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or similar focus
* Microsoft Certified (MCSE) a plus
* Minimum 3-4 years experience in an system engineering role
* Strong technical skills in the following areas
* Windows Server 2008/R2/2012/2012R2/2016
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Azure Active Directory
* Intune
* DNS & DHCP
* Microsoft Exchange 2013
* O365 Exchange Administration
* Onedrive/Sharepoint Administration
* Citrix XenApp 7.15
