This position is with our historic ADP Skunk Works in Palmdale, CA. The Skunk Works is responsible for some of the most revolutionary aircraft in history and we continue to advance the state of the art in technology today. The selected candidate must be familiar with Systems Engineering to include requirements development and verification, systems architecture, and conceptual design theories. Candidate will support projects through all program phases.

A qualified candidate will be able to understand the scope of the program and work across IPTs to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements. Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics. The ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and validation plans for requirements is a must. Candidate will work with senior engineers to provide documents to convey customer and supplier(s) requirement relationships.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited program in an engineering, scientific or technical discipline

Experience with the systems engineering and requirements processes.
