Radiant Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an innovative systems engineer to support a full-life cycle systems development program, focused on revamping how radar image process is done for the Government by developing applications that take advantage of the cloud.

You will have the opportunity to:

* Work on diverse tasks to creatively solve complex requirements needs
* Participate in the requirements analysis and design for systems, sub systems and/or software applications.
* Create appropriate process artifacts including: requirements documentation, design documentation, and test plans.
* Test applications as identified in the development methodology, and create necessary documentation.
* Engage professionally with individuals of any rank/grade/position across IC and DoD
* Work both independently and in a team environment
* Assist with customer training, and meeting/briefing support, if required.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance
* Requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience
* Master's degree in an engineering or related field and 3 years of relevant experience
* PhD in an engineering or related field
* Knowledge of system analysis methodologies
* Possesses effective oral and written communication skills to include active listening
* Capable of managing to schedule and/or budget

Preferred Qualifications:

* TS/SCI with polygraph
* Gather system or sub system requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
* Complete models and simulations, using manual or automated tools, to analyze or predict system performance under different operating conditions.
* Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements.
* Maintain current knowledge of engineering practices and technical solutions
* Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
* Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products
* Write, implement and report status for system test cases for testing
* Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports
* Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
* Take direction from senior technical leadership and or Project Manager on project specifications
* Participate in establishing engineering estimates
* Experience working in an agile team environment
* Some travel may be required
