Maxar Technologies, formerly Radiant Solutions, is searching for a motivated Systems Engineer with agile application development, testing, deployment, and integration experience to support a program developing an intelligence exploitation capability. You will be responsible for applying agile systems engineering processed to the development and delivery of the application.

Responsibilities:

* Adapt the SAFE Agile processes to our project requirements.
* Collaboratively plan and execute our Sprint and Program Increments
* Provide technical input into full project life-cycle including: CONOPs, requirements development and definition, feature estimation, oversight of system design and developer implementation, systems test and evaluation, deployment and operational implementation
* Assess technical solutions provided by developers and provide recommendations to the team and government customer
* Test and evaluate new system capabilities
* Generate artifacts and participate in sell-off to the product owner

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be a U.S. citizen and be willing and able to obtain a U.S. security clearance
* Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline (i.e., Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science)
* Requires at least 3 years of technical professional experience
* Agile and/or Scrum certification
* Expertise in Atlassian Suite of Agile Development tools - Confluence, Portfolio, Kanban, etc.
* Experience with automated testing tools such as Jenkins
* Knowledge of and previous experience defining technical requirements, tracking sprint development progress, and documenting test plans and their results,
* Self-starter who takes initiative and is quick to understand tasking,
* Must be flexible, organized, and understand the big picture but can focus on the mission-critical details
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
* Willing to travel occasionally
