Overview
Systems & Software is seeking a Systems Admin/Engineer to join our team as an I.T. generalist.¬ In this role, you will be working in the areas of Linux and Windows system administration, network troubleshooting, and customer support.
Details
As a member of the development team, your job is about continuous improvement. Your role will include a combination of strategic improvement projects, system and network setup and maintenance, and tier 2/3 technical support. This is a hands on roll where you will learn by doing and success is measured by the simplifications you make for yourself and the team.
Our Technology Components
Linux and Windows Server OS, vSphere, VMware (vSphere / ESXi), IaaS Cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure), Dell Servers and SAN, Fortinet, Ansible, Grafana, Bash, Python, RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
Primary Desired Skills
* Linux system administration, network administration, setup and use of configuration management tools like Ansible, cloud hosting setup and administration
Secondary Desired Skills
* Windows system administration, data center maintenance, SAN management
