Technical system development leader for the MicroSense C200L/C200M Silicon Metrology systems.
* Integrate next generation sensors, wafer handling, system software to achieve C200M performance specifications.
* Develop complex calibration algorithm and setup methods, document and train manufacturing and field support team.
* Lead the development of an offline reprocessing capability that will be offered as a paid tool option.
* Develop extended ranges (thin 300-600um and thick 1200-1500um) to support wafers not supported by tool of record.
* Project leader to complete MicroSense C200L bill of materials and transition to Manufacuring.
Lead C200A Stress Metology system development. Propose and develop improved algorithms to improve edge exclusion, visualization, wafer tracking.
Lead documentation integration with SAP and Enovia systems
Serve as factory systems expert for field team and assist field team to diagnose complex field problems.
Develop improved correlation methods and gravitational sag models to expand thickness range and improve shape accuracy
Target Travel: 10 - 15%
Doctorate (Ph.D, Sc.D) in Semiconductor or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in semiconductor metrology system design
Expert Matlab algorithm devepment skills.
Customer facing experience as technical expert
Demonstrated ability to meet difficult deadlines
Demonstrated expertise in software integration with mixed hardware software platforms
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 3 years of experience.
