HR Applications Transformation Architect - Duties will include: development and sustainment of the HR systems reference architecture. Communicating across EIT, the Digital Transformation Office, and HR the details of the HR reference architecture and insuring that it continues to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Collaborating with HR portfolio managers and application engineers to ensure business requirements are appropriately included. Reviewing legacy system technical debt and highlight opportunities to retire debt and transform applications. Supporting development and sustainment of the HR systems transformation roadmap.

Work location can be any major EO facility.

Basic Qualifications

* Knowledge and experience with developing complex systems of system architectures; particularly ERP style systems
* Experience with developing architectures that include SaaS solutions that require integration with a variety of other technologies (COTS, custom, on-prem, cloud based)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; Act as ambassador for HR applications and able to campion eco-system solutions
