F-35 Japan FACO Integration: Responsible for system interfaces between LM Aero and the Japan F-35 FACO to ensure that EBOM and related Engineering data as well as MBOM and associate Manufacturing Planning data is successfully extracted and transformed into XML and exported to Japan. Assist Japanese contractor - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) - in loading the data into the FACO information systems including MHI Teamcenter PLM, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Produce metrics to track performance and issue resolution. Support upgrades to source and target systems, and to integration middleware. Support IT migrations to new platforms as necessary or appropriate. Conduct data quality audits, oversee root cause and corrective action and publish metrics. Support IT FACO change board by providing functional assessments of proposed changes. Provide project management as required for development activities, including creating schedules, capturing and tracking action items and hosting regular virtual meetings with MHI and LM personnel as required. Produce VAS model extracts and export them to Japan. Provide limited local administrator support for the MHI FACO CUI network extension to Fort Worth. May require infrequent trips to Japan.

F-35 MROU Regional Depot Integration: Support the F-35 MROU Japan Regional Depot IT design including developing integration requirements and defining data architectures. Work with F-35 MROU team to identify opportunities for automation and integration and automate data transfer processes. Assist MHI in developing an integration for Solumina data. Provide project management as required for development activities. Support weekly meetings with MHI for the development of necessary IT leading to achieving Initial Depot Capability (IDC) in June, 2020. Provide support for MROU data transfer and load issues. Provide project management as required for development activities, including creating schedules, capturing and tracking action items and hosting regular meetings as required. Prepare business case(s) and obtain project funding.

Will require infrequent travel to Japan.

US citizenship required at the facility.

Basic Qualifications

Basic understanding of Systems Architect processes and requirements definitions.

* Experience with Systems Engineering processes
