Alicon Group is currently seeking a Systems Analyst for a permanent team member role in our Business Intelligence group based in Southern California.As a Computer Systems Analyst, candidate will oversee the implementation and configuration of new Business Intelligence (BI).implementations.Duties include:Work with C level leadership and management to define goals for the organization's Business Intelligent (BI) footprint.Research and design the integration of other systems with BI.Analyze user requirements, design data models and reports to meet those requirements utilizing BI.Test system and resolve issues related to testing.Provide solutions to technical team for development and customization.Create both technical and functional documentation. Will also deliver training to end users of the new BI system.

Candidate must have BS/BA in Computer Science or similar. 15+ years experience in related field is required. Hands on experience implementing BI solutions is also required.
