Job Description

We are looking for a talented Systems Administrator to join our People Operations team at Valimail. In this role you will provide systems, software, and network support on a wide range of applications, including computers, phones, and printers to ensure all employees are optimized for efficiency and have the appropriate technology tools and resources to be successful. The Systems Administrator will be troubleshooting technology issues and needs throughout the organization and take an employee-first approach to supporting the organization.

What You'll Be Doing :

Troubleshoot computer hardware, application software, printers, and phones

Address technology-related inquiries and issues through tickets (Jira), in-person, or by phone

Provide support for video conferencing systems

Manage user lifecycles, which includes Okta, Jumpcloud, and G Suite

Maintain how-to articles and documentation (Confluence)

Maintain current assets/inventory

Maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity, system access & security within policy

Experience with hosted productivity and communications applications, including G Suite, O365, Okta, Slack, Jira and other commonly used SaaS systems, and the ability to train and support users on their use

About You :

Excellent and demonstrated ability to work independently and to exhibit initiative and follow-through.

Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and manage several projects at once.

Fundamental knowledge of supporting, troubleshooting, and managing MacOS in an enterprise environment

Familiarity with MDM concepts and delivery options

Understanding of basic local networking concepts

Experience in a SaaS organization

Experience working in a high-velocity scaling start-up
