In this role you will:

* Provide onsite technical support including backups, user account management, and upgrades.
* Document Uploads
* Monitor and manage system messages and reports
* Review application event logs and take necessary action
* Verify application backups
* Manage backups jobs
* Archive backups to an offsite location
* Restore backups at COOP sites to insure backup functionality
* Execute auto-searches and keyboard searches
* Perform SQL Server Database management
* Maintain batch target files
* Maintain user accounts
* Maintain agency configurations
* Insure antivirus update success
* Verify data expungements
* Interface with help desk and users

Required Qualifications

* Three years' experience as a Systems Administrator
* Must possses an active TS clearance
* Experience with backups, user account managment and upgrades
* Experience maintaining batch target files
* Experience with SQL Server Database management
