BAE Systems, Inc. seeks a junior level Conferencing Customer Service Representative (CSR) possessing 3+ year's relevant experience contiguous conferencing systems administration experience.
The CSR will provide technical project management, technical systems and network engineering, and Tier 3 level support by following industry best practices for capturing requirements, designing, developing, testing, implementing, incident, and problem management of complex information technology solutions to a customer base consisting of over 15,000 users. Tier level 1 &2 and Adobe Connect support.
The CSR will also provide assistance and support for our customer users in the Washington DC and CONUS area in the planning, scheduling and use of various conferencing services. These services include:
* Skype for Business/Team * Adobe Connect * Polycomm/Cisco VTC
Duties also includes in-room and remote customer support to provide assistance for adhoc and scheduled conferencing support.
The CSR will also write user guides and knowledge articles and conduct training classes to large and small groups.
