Job Overview:

Are you Microsoft and ITIL-Certified? Have you provided white glove IT support to an executive leadership team? We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong Active Directory skills to join our team as a Systems Administrator where you'll be responsible for supporting our network infrastructure and providing IT support to our 800+ employees. In this role, you'll conceptualize, design, implement and maintain IT Technology for our organization, identifying gaps, conducting evaluations and providing direction for enterprise solutions. You'll serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Professional Suite, including SharePoint and OWA, and will be tasked with solving complex technical issues, serving as the top-tier escalation point for the Technical Support team. Responsibilities:

* Provides expert level support for the Microsoft Professional Suite including SharePoint and OWA
* Provides advanced administration on enterprise systems including but not limited to: Windows O/S, Apple OSx,
* Active-Directory, Group Policy, Office365, DNS, DHCP, SSO.
* Researches, designs and deploys technology including hardware, applications and peripherals
* Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes
* Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities and workflows.
* Coordinates outages for applications, network and vendor incidents using the ITIL methodology.
* Performs lifecycle management for operating systems and applications using the Microsoft System Center suite of products (maintain patching, updates, software deployments etc.)
* Identify potential issues and proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility
* Implements preventative maintenance procedures and provides root cause analysis to stakeholders
* Follows the ITIL approach towards projects, implementations, issues resolution, and change management.
* Provide "White Glove" support to the Executive Leadership Team
* Create presentations, diagrams, reports and other documentation as needed
* Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.
* Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
* Provide after hours and on-call support as needed.
* Conducts training sessions and cross-trains other technical services positions to update and expand knowledge and skills
* Consistently and successfully provide Level II and Level III Support
* Maintains written and oral communications with customers, technical support staff, and management using e-mail, intranet, telephone, and technical support software alert features
* Support remote employees using remote desktop support tools.
* Project management skills / ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years related experience
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
* SME in Microsoft O365 Application Administration (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
* ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred
* SME (Subject Matter Expert) within Active Directory, SCCM, Azure and Intune
* SME on Packaging, Imaging and Group Policies utilizing SCCM and Windows Deployment Tool (WDT)
* Scripting skills (PowerShell, Microsoft, Batch etc.)
* Proven working experience supporting and integrating iOS and Android platforms within a corporate environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively; ability to present to a group of stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, dynamic environment that is going through high growth
* A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.
* Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
