Perspecta has an immediate need for a System Admin Lead in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing technical support for the ticket tracking system
* Configuration of the Ticket Tracking system software to best serve the customer's technical infrastructure;
* Interface with other systems integrators where responsibilities converge, software implementations;
* Maintenance of the Ticket Tracking System;
* Ability to generate standard and Ad hoc reports using Crystal Reports tool and Ticket Tracking system

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years of PC and LAN related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience in all aspects of the administration of industry leading customer care/trouble tracking Help Desk automation
* Customer service training and 5+ years customer service experience is required
* Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
* Possesses business, technical, or functional knowledge
* Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form
* Ability to translate verbal requirements from face-to-face client meetings into requirements documents, SOWs, and proposals
