The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of projects and programs on time, and ensuring alignment of investments with business requirements. The Project Manager has to ensure business change management and readiness by constant and regular collaboration and alignment with Stakeholders, reporting to senior management levels. Compliance with SCM project methodology framework and associated standards, templates and guidelines must be ensured by advising and coaching team members on programs and projects. The incumbent has to develop an environment which fosters a high-performance and high quality project delivery, as well as an efficient management (planning, execution and reporting) of a widely varied project portfolio.

Responsibilities:

* Follow a defined, agreed upon project methodology ensuring compliance with guidelines and associated best practices standards and templates.
* Responsible for developing Project Charter/Definition in alignment with Commercial and NTO strategy and resources.
* Leads cross-functional project teams to meet project and program goals. Assigns tasks, follow-up and escalation. Ensures clear communication to team members and stakeholders.
* Responsible for developing and tracking projects milestones and timelines.
* Work closely with multiple functions including Manufacturing sites, External Supply Organization, International Trade, Warehouse, Quality, Trade Operations, Commercial, Regulatory and other functional departments to support execution of project plan.
* Support the development and implementation of US and Global Supply Chain life cycle initiatives with varying levels of scope and complexity
* Updates documentation and organization of Project Management tools, resources and manuals.
