Job Description

The Teammate Experience & Development Supervisor will oversee and support a Team of Specialists that manage and contribute to strategic, high-priority projects that focus on all aspects of the teammate experience, from how we attract top talent to how we enable our teammates to deliver their best work and be their best selves. Projects may involve operations, process and program design / improvement and will support onboarding, learning, performance management, advancement and leadership development. Specialist capabilities include research & analytics design, service / learning design, process design / improvement, content creation / copywriting, systems management, implementation design, visual design / videography, program / meeting design and support and coaching / facilitation. They will help ensure that projects are staffed, tracking and impacting appropriately. They will also manage and contribute to projects, themselves. They are a highly-motivated self-starter who has a passion for people and is interested in helping us meet the needs of our workforce so we can meet the needs of our business.

Essential Functions:

* Organize workflow and ensure that teammates understand their duties / delegated tasks
* Monitor teammate productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
* Provide input and expertise to projects and ensure their implementation
* Review and draft communication and support materials
* May lead projects with moderate levels of complexity, risk, ambiguity and visibility
* Facilitate and administer a wide variety of assessments, generate reports and analyze trends based on assessment results
* Provide platforms for effective communication between Specialists and management to encourage overall teammate engagement
* Work closely with the management to ensure project portfolio aligns with priorities
* Exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate DaVita Medical Group commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university

Experience:

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience (assessing, developing and deploying capability building)
* 2 years of previous direct supervisory or team lead experience preferred
* Highly proficient project management and influencing skills, from concept, to planning, to implementation, to results measurement
* Strong interpersonal skills e.g. listening counseling and coaching, negotiation skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to impact skill acquisition, capability building, coaching, and motivation
* Ability to work well on cross functional project teams while executing a large-scale project from vision through implementation
* Strong ability to partner with and influence leadership on the importance of culture change and their role in the success of this change
