ServiceNow Platform specialists and architects with a focus on Application Development, Authentication Security, Integrations, and WorkflowProcess automation on the ServiceNow platform. The Platform specialistarchitect will provide technical hands on expertise to support internal customers with product and solution leadership. This is a hands-on technical consultant who is capable of going wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning. What You Get To Do In This Role Interact with internal customers and prospects to understand their business needs and current user experience. Contribute and maintain a showcase of solutions created on the ServiceNow platform Create and own programs that enable Consultants to demonstrate the value of Application Development on the ServiceNow platform Strong alignment with product management and engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via webex Scoping and delivering Proof of ConceptProof of Value engagements with internal customers Responding to Request for InformationProposal documents Staying current on product developmentsreleases Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc. Serve as a regional leader to lead practice activities when called upon What You Need To Be Successful In This Role At least 4 years or equivalent combination of education and experience successfully building applications on development platforms Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills Demonstrate fluency of responsive web design Demonstrate fluency of HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and other interactive web-based technologies Demonstrate working knowledge of AngularJS and JavaScript Demonstrate working knowledge of Linux and Database technologies such as MySQL or MariaDB Working knowledge of Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Jelly, Script Includes, Processors, Workflow, Service Catalog, and other important components of the ServiceNow platform Experience and very strong hands on capabilities with Web Services, JDBC, XML, JSON, and other Integration practices. Good understanding of Single Sign-on techniques and how they apply to the ServiceNow platform Deep knowledge of service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise web services, data access and persistence, clientserver, etc Experience scripting with powershell, perl, wmi, ssh, python, javascript. Xpath, snmp Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
