Job Description

Description:- Performs software systems development and integration on large systems of systems (SoS) program.

Basic Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience performing software systems integration activities with Naval Systems
* Demonstrated ability in software development and software integration activities on medium to large scale programs.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating Integration and Test Activities among multiple organizations
* Familiarity with SONAR Systems Operations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, with strong software skills.
* Familiarity with submarine Sonar System
* Possess an understanding and ability to apply basic software engineering principles, theories, and concepts
* Experience with system integration, testing, and anomaly resolution
* The ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment with aggressive program schedules
* Familiarity with the Linux Operating System and basic skills to enable troubleshooting of network configuration and process performance
* Strong desire for troubleshooting tough problems, with skills in following areas:
* - Agile / DevOps Experience
* - Virtualization and Containerization Technologies
* - Continuous Integration
* - Software Development Lifecycles
* - Acoustic Processing
* - Algorithm Development
* -SONAR, ASW Domain Knowledge
* -Scripting skills
* -Redmine or JIRA experience
