What You'll Be Doing

Lead a talented team of engineers on large scale projects from design to completion

Contribute to architectural discussions, designs, and reviews

Work with the Machine Learning team to integrate our services as one clean architecture

Build APIs with Django/DRF to support our single page apps and third party integrations

Develop customer tools for engagement analysis and reporting

Extend Mya's reach to communicate with candidates through different messaging services and at different stages of the recruiting process

Define the shape of our internal toolkit that helps our Customer Success team provide support and analysis to our customers

What You Bring

Experience leading multiple large scale projects in a professional environment

Successfully mentored both junior and senior engineers

Contributed to company wide architectural designs and reviews

Worked with multiple popular web frameworks and expert in at least one, ideally Django, but experience with similar frameworks like Flask, Rails, or others will be good

Defined and met milestones on large scale projects

Provided clear and constructive feedback in code reviews for large projects

Written production-ready code in a modern environment

Written high-coverage automated unit and integration tests
